Service Description
Course prerequisite: *Attended a ATB Trail Inspection Course. We have been involved with the investigation of MTB accident sites for well over a decade. This additional (2hr) bolt on session provides knowledge and good practice guidance in carrying out an accident site investigation on a trail. Through participating in the session participants will learn how to compile physical, documentation and witness evidence to challenge adverse complaints and legal claims on trails. Key sections covered on this course include: Understanding standard disclosure. Understanding what key evidence to compile, document and store. How to compile witness statements. How to write an objective accident site report. Participants will be given a good practice guide to accident site investigation. Pre-Requisite: Participants must be registered with the Association of Trail Builders and hold the Trail Inspector qualification prior to attending this course, evident to be supplied pre session.
