Campbell Coaching can make a difference to your organisation.
We all know that great teams can achieve amazing results no matter the goal. However, they do need nurturing and development. Helping your team develop as individuals and work together toward a common goal is essential, no matter the business, and it needn't cost the earth!
Campbell Coaching as well as being tutors for instructors wishing to deliver Go MTB to schools, clubs and other youth groups via the CTC are also the most experienced accredited Go MTB providers in North Wales. So What’s it all about?
Young people love being on bikes, its your first real independent journeys and adventures with your ‘mates’ The Go MTB program provides a framework for this and is a totally NEW mountain bike proficiency program aimed at young riders from around 10 years old upwards. It was designed by Cycling Scotland alongside other key partners including the SMBLA, Sustrans and the CTC.
The National Standards give young adults and adults the skills to make confident journeys on all roads where you can cycle and in different traffic conditions no matter if its to commute to work, go shopping or just get about town and help save the environment!
If you're a company and your staff ride bikes its great to give them more confidence to ride in an urban environment and you can drastically reduce the numbers of injuries and days off work by providing some basic training for your workers.

Wow, what a revelation! I had been a little worried about the trail 'features' I came across at the various trail centres I've ridden. After the Jumps and Drops course, I am so much more confident now that I know the techniques to use and, more importantly, why I need to use them!
Absolutely great weekend. Having mountain biked for longer than Ive road biked I couldn't believe the practical skills I could be taught, and how much they could improve the simple handling and the fun. For those who haven't done much MTB stuff it would be great to learn it right from the beginning, for those who have done a lot, like me really worth it. Ill be up for another one.
I went to Sherwood Pines today and cycled the red and loved it. I felt so much more relaxed, I didn't manage the rock garden but i did the rest including small drop offs. I. cant wait to go back. I'm so grateful to you for helping me Hope you have a good bank holiday weekend with your family
Was a great course and learnt so much more than what I was expecting. We just need to piece it all together on the trails now and we should be ok. Thanks again Ally and look forward to seeing you in the future for some more coaching. Kind regards
