GET TO GRIPS WITH MOUNTAIN BIKING. Get the Essential skills that last for ever!

 

Our Get to Grips with Mountain Biking course is set up if your just getting into off-road mountain biking. This course is the one for you. Here are some of the skills you will learn;

  • Bike set up
  • Ready position 
  • Moving your weight around the bike
  • Gear changing/ selection 
  • Braking 
  • Climbing and descending 
  • Confident Cornering
  • Trail selection
  • Relaxing & riding trail features
  • Having fun on your bike
  • Essencial trail side maintenance 

As well as plenty of other top tips and hints on how to get the most out of your riding and we also cover how to look after your bike and what equipment you need. The basics are really important and this course covers them all and will give you the confidence to get out there on your own or with friends.
